JOIN THE AGENCY

SECRET AGENTS OF SYRAH

We established THE AGENCY to recruit Secret Agents who will evangelize the value and quality of Syrah. We are recruiting wine drinkers to discover the beauty of Syrah and become one of our Secret Agents, spreading the word. You can meet our agents on Facebook or watch them in action.

As an agent, you can help us save the world (or at least the wine drinking population) from drinking over priced, overly hyped, and average f!@*ing wines. Post videos of your covert opps as a Video Response on YouTube. Our favorite videos will be posted on SecretAgentsofSyrah.com and the agents will receive a bottle of our Syrah. We will announce the grand prize winner at our Open House Party and award the winning agent a limited production, hand bottled 1.5 Liter Magnum of 2006 Fenaughty Vineyard Syrah.

Spring 2009 Open House Party

Saturday, March 28, 2009, 1pm-5pm
A Donkey and Goat Winery, 2323 B 4th Street (@ Bancroft), Berkeley

Join us to celebrate the arrival of spring and with it our newest creations. We will debut five new wines (and taste a few older and wiser wines) while noshing on local purveyors culinary treats and grooving to the live tunes of the Michael LaMacchia 3io!. $20 admission includes a souvenir Riedel glass or BYOG (glass) & come in for $15 (cCash only at the door)

Our spring line up is our most diverse to date. Our Thirteen Series has grown from Three to Four Thirteen with the addition of Counoise. We have our first ever Mourvèdre, a minuscule production of an experimental Roussanne. Plus the new vintage of our Brosseau Chardonnay and Grenache Rosé and our 2006 Vieilles Vignes Syrah and our 2006 Fenaughty Vineyard Syrah. Call 510-868-9174 or email tracey(at)adonkeyandgoat.com with questions. Download the event postcard here or view a map.
